The firm sells its products domestically, as well as abroad, including the Commonwealth of Independence State (CIS) countries. The company has two wholly owned subsidiaries located in Moscow and Tallin, Estonia. As of May 21, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was EphaG AS with a stake of 69.23%. In April 2013, the Company acquired the pharmacies of Guardum Pharmaceuticals in the U.S. state of Florida.
