APAC Resources Ltd. is an investment holding company, which through its subsidiaries, engages in primary strategic investment, resource investment and commodity trading business focusing on metals, mining and energy. The company employs 15 full-time employees  The firm operates through two business segments. The Commodity Business segment is mainly engaged in the sales of commodities on the spot market to steel mills and traders in China. The Resource Investment segment is engaged in the trading of and investment in listed and unlisted securities. The firm is also involved in the money lending business, the investment and development in mineral resources and the provision of consultancy services in corporate management and metallurgy technology through its subsidiaries.
