The Company’s principal business activity is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral property interests in Canada. The Company is in the exploration stage. The Company has the rights to 10 mineral properties in Ontario and in the Northwest Territories, Canada. Its portfolio includes C1 Property, Carson Property, Kenty Property Champion Gold Mine Property and Rollo Property. Its C1 Property consists of five legacy mining claims contiguous with the Rollo property and Kenty area claims were optioned from a mining group representing full, 100% interest in the mining claims. The Carson property is located on the western shore of Damoti Lake, approximately 195 kilometers north-northwest of Yellowknife in Nunavut, Canada. The property consists of a single mining lease. The Champion Gold Mine property is located within Haycock Township near Kenora, in Northwest Ontario.
