The second is an undeveloped 160-acre owned site, known as Indian Mesa, which is permitted for evaporation ponds and in the permitting process for waste disposal, including naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM) and technically enhanced NORM (TENORM). Indian Mesa is located approximately three miles from the Deer Creek site. Alanco Behavioral Health, Inc. is a subsidiary of the Company.
