The company also provides management services, accounting and financial services, and insurance services to third party operators of health care facilities. The company also owns the real estate of approximately 13 healthcare properties and lease these properties to third party operators. The company operates through two segments: inpatient services, which includes the operation of skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living facilities, and behavioral health hospitals and homecare and hospice services.
