Pharos Energy Plc engages in the exploration and production of oil and gas. The Company’s production, development and exploration assets are located across Egypt, Vietnam and Israel. The firm operates two concessions across Egypt, namely El Fayum concession, which is located in the Western Desert, approximately 80 kilometers (km) southwest of Cairo and close to local energy infrastructure, and North Beni Suef, which is located south of the El Fayum concession in Western Desert, Egypt. The firm is engaged in the exploration, appraisal and development of the oil and gas projects located offshore Vietnam, which include production interest at two field, namely the Te Giac Trang (TGT) and Ca Ngu Vang (CNV) fields in the Cuu Long basin off the southern coast. The firm holds approximately 33.33 % working interest in eight offshore licenses over two contiguous zones, Zone A and Zone C, neighboring several gas fields in Israel.
