The firm operates through two segments: Agriculture and Infrastructure. The Infrastructure segment consists of the manufacture and distribution of products and solutions to serve the infrastructure markets of utility, renewable energy, lighting, transportation, and telecommunications, and coatings services to preserve metal products. The Agriculture segment consists of the manufacture of center pivot and linear irrigation equipment for agricultural markets, including parts and tubular products, and advanced technology solutions for precision agriculture. The company has 85 manufacturing facilities in 22 countries, and businesses in approximately 100 countries across six continents. Its products and solutions include lighting, transportation, utilities, communication, irrigation, architecture, and mining and energy.
