The Tesorillo Project is in Cadiz Province in southern Spain and comprises approximately two petroleum exploration licenses, the Tesorillo and Ruedalabola Permits, which cover approximately 38,000 hectares (ha) in total. The company also has an interest in the Podere Gallina Exploration Permit, which is situated onshore N. Italy, in the prolific Po Valley Basin. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is PXOG Massey Limited.
