Wishbone Gold Plc is an exploration and acquisition company. The Company’s portfolio of properties contains a total of approximately 159.19 square kilometers (sq km) in Western Australia and a total of approximately 174 sq km in the Wishbone project group near Ravenswood in Queensland with a further approximately 37.2 sq km at White Mountains further north. The company has three exploration properties in Australia and three minor prospects. Two of these are located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and the third is in the Mingela-Charters Towers region in Queensland. Its flagship project is Red Setter, which is located approximately 13 kilometers (km) southwest of Newcrest’s Telfer operations. Red Setter is a Havieron style gold prospect. Its Cottlesloe project, which is approximately 3 5km southeast of Red Setter, has deposits visible at surface of silver and lead metals, which are essential for battery and electric car production.
