The Bank's principal business consists of originating one-to-four family residential real estate mortgages, home equity loans and lines of credit, consumer loans and lines of credit, and originations of commercial real estate, multi-family, construction, and commercial and industrial loans in its principal market and surrounding areas. In addition, it often lends outside of its branch network in metropolitan areas. The Bank operates approximately 17 full-service banking offices in New Jersey. Its deposits include non-interest-bearing deposits, negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) and demand accounts, savings and time deposits. The Company also invests in investment securities.
