OPS refers to the hydraulic binding material ground by mixing Portland cement clinker, blended materials and an amount of gypsum. OPC can be used in normal, as well as pre-stressed construction. PPC is made by mixing OPC with pozzolanic (siliceous) materials such as silica, volcanic ash, fly ash, pond ash and other. In PSC, by-product from iron blast furnace is mixed in suitable proportion with ground clinker and gypsum.
